WELL WOMAN HEALTH CHECK

Instructions

  1. Health checks are by prior appointments.

  2. 8 hours of fasting are essential before examination.

  3. Take sufficient rest and avoid alcohol intake 24 hours prior to the day of testing.

  4. Report to the hospital at 8.00 am.

  5. Wear clothes that offer convenience for drawing blood from near the elbow area.

  6. If you are diabetic, hypertensive or under specific treatment please continue your regular medicines.

  7. Some of the tests and consultations may be scheduled on alternate days.

  8. If you have any previous medical records, please bring them with you at the time of consultation.
